•Protection and representation of interests in courts and state bodies
The advocates of the Specialized Legal Aid Agency “YurExpert” maintain
representation and protection of interests of economic entities and natural
persons in all kinds of legal proceedings (in economic courts, courts of general
trial jurisdiction, arbitration courts) and at all its stages.
In case of conclusion of an agreement for representation of interests in the
court in a civil case (economic dispute) our functions include:
- legal expertise of the documents presented by a customer
- familiarization as the need may arise with the materials of the case in the
court
- assistance in collection and fixation of evidence on the case
- working-out of a legal position on the case
- drawing-up of the statement of claim (statement of defense, writ of an appeal,
supervisory appeal – due to the stage of the proceedings), necessary petitions,
applications etc.
- direct representation at the trial
- counseling of the client on the problems arising in the court in the course of
the trial
The Specialized Legal Aid Agency “YurExpert” provides advocatory defense and
representation of interests:
- in criminal cases dealing with economic activities at the stages of the
preliminary and the trial investigation
- in courts and other state bodies in cases on administrative infraction in the
sphere of entrepreneurship and customs legislation
- in the relationship with the taxation and other controlling bodies in the
matters dealing with the revenue regulations.
•Legal security of creation, reformation and liquidation of companies
Complex supervision of entrepreneurial activities.
Preparation of documents for enterprises of all forms of ownership and their
registration with the relevant authorities;
Issues dealing with restructuring (split-off, separation, joining, merger,
take-over, reformation), liquidation and acquisition of Belarusian companies;
Conducting of complex juridical analysis and appraisal of documents by sale or
purchase of enterprises;

property (trademarks, inventions, products and industrial models)
- legal expertise and drawing-up of contracts of rights transfer to objects of
intellectual property, license agreements
- assistance by registration of rights to objects of intellectual property
- representation and protection of customers’ interests in courts, international
arbitration courts and state bodies in the matters dealing with protection of
copyright and related rights, rights of industrial property (as well as
conducting of cases on protection against unfair competition).

objects (sale and purchase, exchange, deed of gift, permanent alimony with
maintenance, contracts of a share in construction etc.), complexes of property
belonging to enterprises
- representation of interests of a customer in realtor companies, notary’s
offices, bodies of registration and technical inventory and other organizations
while settling problems dealing with execution of transactions with real estate
objects
